Return & Refund Policy – GiftsCardBD

Thank you for shopping at GiftsCardBD.
Because we sell digital gift cards that are delivered electronically, our return and refund rules are different from physical products.
This Return Policy explains when and how refunds or replacements may apply.

By purchasing from https://giftscardbd.com, you agree to the policy described below.


1. No Returns on Digital Products

All products sold on GiftsCardBD are digital gift cards, delivered instantly or shortly after payment.
Since digital codes cannot be returned or resold, we do not accept returns once a code has been delivered.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only offered under the following specific conditions:

2.1 Invalid or Non-Working Code

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • The gift card code we provided does not work,
  • You notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery,
  • You provide valid proof (screenshots, error message, video screen recording).

We will first verify the code with our system or supplier.

If the code is confirmed invalid, we will either:

  • Issue a new working code, or
  • Provide a full refund (based on our discretion).

2.2 Duplicate Payment

If you accidentally make a double payment, we will refund the extra amount after verifying the transaction.

2.3 Payment Made but Product Not Delivered

If you made a payment and did not receive your code due to:

  • Technical issues
  • Network failure
  • Incorrect delivery from our side

You must provide payment proof, and we will resend the code or refund the payment.


3. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Provided

We cannot offer refunds if:

  • You provided the wrong email, phone number, or WhatsApp number.
  • You purchased the wrong product or selected the wrong country/region gift card.
  • You changed your mind after receiving the code.
  • Your device/account/platform does not support the gift card.
  • Your platform (e.g., Play Store / Steam / Amazon) rejects the code due to country restrictions.
  • You fail to provide evidence that the code is not working.
  • The code was used after delivery.
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.

These rules help protect against misuse and unauthorized buying.


4. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us with:

  1. Full name
  2. Mobile/WhatsApp number
  3. Order details
  4. Payment proof (transaction ID, receipt, screenshot)
  5. Screenshot/video evidence of the code not working

After verifying the details, we will take one of the following actions:

  • Issue a new working code
  • Provide a full refund
  • Explain why the refund request cannot be approved

Refund time may vary depending on the payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank, etc.).


5. Delivery Issues

If you did not receive your digital product, please check:

  • Spam/Junk inbox
  • WhatsApp message requests
  • Correctness of your contact information
  • Any message from us asking for confirmation

If still not found, contact us immediately.


6. Fraud Prevention

For security reasons, GiftsCardBD reserves the right to:

  • Hold suspicious orders
  • Request additional verification
  • Cancel orders if fraudulent activity is suspected
  • Block abusive or dishonest users

These measures help maintain a safe and reliable platform for all customers.
